Want a reason to be glad you're not a manager?

Both my manager (immediate supervisor) and Director (our department boss) are working Wednesday and Friday this week and loooking forward to actually getting things taken care of when nobody's around.

I suppose it doesn't bode well that part of me wishes I could join them in working?

I've been pretty busy around here, so sorry about the lack of updates. I'll think about writing up a brief summary of life while I'm at home for Thanksgiving, but I'm not making no promises.
